BP 3D sigs (by Denvish)
I made these sigs by tracing the NG blam/protect ranking gifs in Flash, exporting as image (.ai),
importing to Swift 3D, adding lighting and rotation, exporting to .swft, importing to Flash, adding text, and exporting
to .gif. The later ranks (EGSC) were slightly over 40kb, so I ran all of the gifs through Jasc Animation Shop and
reduced the colours from 255 to 127. The background to these gifs is transparent, although they may show
dark edges when placed on a light background.
I realise that some people may wish to add their name, or other details/images, to these sigs, so I've also uploaded the fla
files in both MX and MX2004 format. I recommend that you keep the gif export settings as they are for best results.
For those of you who don't know, to save a gif to your hard drive, right-click and 'Save Image As...' (Firefox) or
'Save Picture As...' (Internet Explorer). Please DO NOT hotlink to these images, as my bandwidth is limited.
If you are one of NG's sig makers, and use one of these as a basis for one of your sigs, I'd appreciate it if you mentioned my
username when you hand the finished product to the user.
The font used for the text is called Carolingia, and you can download it here (free)
